In the case of long-term care, care can be provided anywhere in the greater Dublin area.

Partner caregivers assist with daily activities and household tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, dressing, personal hygiene, and mobility. Their care also includes supervision, companionship, and taking clients for walks. However, they do not perform medical procedures such as injections, IVs, blood draws, or other specialized medical interventions.

The minimum duration for long-term live-in care is one month. However, if you only need care for a shorter period, please contact us. We handle short-term live-in care on a case-by-case basis.

To ensure long-term, full-day care, the live-in caregiver must have her own room and basic facilities for rest. For short-term assignments, we treat each client on a case-by-case basis.

We can find a suitable caregiver within 5 days of confirming the request. However, this always depends on the specific care requirements and location.

Caregivers typically arrange their own meals. In practice, however, it all depends on the agreement with the family. For example, if a caregiver also cooks for the senior, they often work together to decide on meals for the caregiver as well. Every household operates differently, so it ultimately comes down to mutual agreement. Any transportation costs depend primarily on how far the caregiver has to travel to the client’s home.

We select our partner caregivers based not only on their experience, but also on their personal qualities and character. Before care begins, we always arrange a phone call so you can get to know the caregiver. However, if the arrangement doesn’t work out, you can request a replacement caregiver within the first seven days of care.

It always depends on the individual arrangement with the specific family. Typically, a client has one primary caregiver who provides care for three to four weeks at a time. That caregiver then rotates shifts with another caregiver.

Live-in care is typically arranged for an indefinite period. During the first 7 days, the care can be terminated at any time without notice. After this trial period, the notice period is 14 days.
